The Trinidad State Lady Trojans wrapped up the 2016 season with a heart wrenching loss at Scottsbluff in the Region IX title game on Saturday, but all of the news on Saturday afternoon was not bad. Three Trojans were announced as members of the 2016 All-Region Team. Pitcher Jessica Salbato, Outfielder Samantha Glover and Shortstop Isabella Navarro were all named All-Region. Navarro additionally was named Region IX Freshman-of-the-Year.  Congratulations to these Lady Trojans on this great honor.
